CLASS FORMATS

Our instructor-led training (ILT) classes are online/in-person, with hands-on training via a remote instructor/teacher. Training is fully interactive, with the instructor leading and supporting the class and its participants. Participants may attend class from any location that they find comfortable and acceptable for learning.

CLASS SIZE

Classes at ICCT consist of combined enrollments from students across the world. However, to provide the best experience for each student, classes are limited to no more than 20 students.

CLASS TIMES/DURATION OF CLASS

Classes range from 1 to 4 days in duration, and most classes are held on weekdays. Regular class times are based on the time zone.

Eastern time (EST) : 6.00 pm - 10:45 pm

Central Time (CST): 5.00 pm - 9:45 pm

Mountain Time (MST): 4.00 pm - 8:45 pm

Pacific Time (PST): 3.00 pm - 7:45 pm

REGISTRATION / PAYMENT

To be able to attend our online classes, students must be registered beforehand. A guarantee of payment is required at the time of registration.

CLASS CONFIRMATION

Upon registering for a course or class, you should receive an email within 2 working days. If you do not receive a confirmation email 2 working days, you need to contact us at 1-866-669-0660 for review. Confirmation emails are also sent if a class is rescheduled, a cancelation email is sent if a class is canceled.

Copy of an Invoice/Receipt

For security and privacy reasons, all Invoices and receipts will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form.

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT

In the unlikely event ICCT needs to cancel an instructor-led class because the class date has not met minimum enrollment (determined 2-3 weeks prior) or postpone a class due to circumstances beyond our control, students will be notified as quickly as possible. 

CLASS GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

ICCT provides students with a Certificate of Completion once we can confirm their graduation from full an instructor-led class (this process may take up to a week following the completion of the class). Certificates of Completion are sent via email to the email address provided to ICCT on the registration record. Certificates are provided as a PDF document, so students can have a digital copy to print as needed. Additionally, students can request an original printed copy to be sent to their address (Fee: $99.99)

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT OF CLASS

Cancellations and postponements of an instructor-led class are unlikely at ICCT. In the rare circumstance that a class has not met the minimum enrollment figure (determined 2-3 weeks in advance to class start date), or a class must be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as quickly as possible. In this case, class time would be rescheduled, or the fee would be refunded to the student.

CLASS PREPERATION

When students are attending class from their own location, they will need to be prepared with all necessary equipment and conferencing software needed to connect into the classroom. Students should connect at least 30 minutes before the start of their class to verify that all equipment is working properly.
