Admission — ICCT (International Center for Career Training)
We are glad to welcome everyone who wants to master an in-demand IT profession at our vocational school. Classes and communications are conducted entirely in English. Choose an individual pace or a group format — we’ll help you find the best path to your goals.
Courses & Credentials
All courses are listed on our website and are divided into modules to build practical, career-ready skills.
- Complete all modules + final exam → receive an American Diploma.
- Complete individual modules → receive an ICCT Certificate of Completion.
- Classes are delivered exclusively in English.
How to Apply

- No placement tests required. Choose the format that matches your goals:
- Individual lessons — flexible scheduling to fit your availability.
- Group format — start dates and tracks are confirmed with your manager.

Tuition & Formats
- Individual Program: $100/hour, 160 hours (any course).
- Group Program (3+ students): $50/hour, 250 hours.
- Payment can be divided into several parts depending on the chosen format.
- No additional or hidden fees.

Official Tuition, Payment Plans, and Refund Policy
Program and/or Course tuition and fees are found in the Enrollment Contract and payable on a term basis:
- Either in full by the first day of class for the term,
- Or according to a Payment Plan agreed upon by the student and ICCT Business Office (becomes an official rider once signed by both parties).
All payments are due on the established date. Overdue accounts incur a $40 late fee after a 4-business-day grace period.
- We accept Cash, Check, and all major credit cards (4.5% surcharge for card payments).
Payment Plan Options
- Option 1 — Pay in Full: For single-term courses, full payment is due by the first day of class. For multi-term courses, tuition is split evenly by number of terms.
- Option 2 — Interest-Free Installments: First payment 40% due two weeks before (or no later than the first instructional day). Remaining payments follow the individual plan, with the last payment no later than 70% into the course.
- An enrollment deposit fee secures your spot in the upcoming course.
Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refunds
- Non-accepted applicants receive a full refund.
- Three-Day Cancellation: Written notice within 3 days (excluding weekends/holidays) of signing → full refund.
- Other Cancellations (pre-start): Refund of all monies paid, minus a $100 registration fee.
- After classes start: Refunds are based on the last day of registered attendance or login and issued within 30 days of notification.
- Students absent for 10 consecutive days are considered withdrawn (transcript shows “W”; no official withdrawal → “F”).
- To withdraw, submit written notice to the School Director with expected last date of attendance (signed and dated).
Online & International Students
- All courses are delivered online.
- Certificates and diplomas can be delivered by mail.
- For online study, no immigration paperwork is required.
