Student Information

Important: Registration and seat reservation fees are required to secure placement, as described in the official Enrollment Contract.

Tuition Payments: Tuition payment terms may be based on an individual payment plan signed as an Addendum (rider) to the Enrollment Contract.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before Classes Begin

If an applicant is not accepted, all monies paid are refunded (including the registration fee).
Three-Day Cancellation: Written notice within three (3) business days of signing (excluding weekends and federal/state holidays) → refund of all monies paid.
Other Cancellations: More than three days after signing, but prior to the first day of classes → refund of all monies paid minus the $100 registration fee.

After Classes Begin

Refunds after commencement of classes are based on the last day of registered attendance or log-in.

Withdrawal notice: Student provides written notice to the School Director with expected last date of attendance (signed/dated).

10-day rule: Student is determined withdrawn if no class attendance for 10 consecutive days.

LOA: If on approved Leave of Absence and fails to return on the LOA date, withdrawal date is last day of registered attendance.

Clock-hours attempted: total clock hours elapsed from start date to last day of attendance ÷ total clock hours in the program.

Refund timing: Refunds are issued within 30 days of student notification.

Student Understands & Acknowledgements

The Student Understands

The School does not guarantee job placement upon completion or graduation.
The School may reschedule the program start date when the number of scheduled students is too small.
The School is not responsible for statements of policy/procedure not appearing in the School catalog.
The School may discontinue training for unsatisfactory progress, nonpayment, or failure to follow School rules.
Transferability of credits is not guaranteed; acceptance is determined by the receiving institution.
This document + School Catalog + signed Payment Plan constitute the entire enrollment contract.
This document is not binding until accepted in writing by all parties.

Student Acknowledgements

Acknowledge receipt of the current School catalog and understand the catalog is part of this contract.
Confirm careful reading and receipt of an exact copy of the enrollment contract.
Understand enrollment may be terminated for failure to comply with attendance/academic/financial requirements or for disruption; financial obligation must be paid in full before a certificate may be awarded.
