Tuition & Financial Policies
1. Program Tuition
Total Cost per Program $16,000

Includes all standard tuition and fees per Enrollment Contract.

Group Tuition (3+ students) $12,500

Group discounts require written approval by ICCT Business Office.

2. Payment Procedures
Option 1 — Full Payment by Term
  • Single-term: full payment due by first day of class
  • Multi-term: each term paid in full before term start
Option 2 — Installment Payment Plan
  • 0% interest, no sign-up fee
  • First payment: 40% due before or on first day of class
  • Final payment due by 70% of program completion
  • Enrollment deposit credited toward tuition
3. Late Fees & Payment Methods
  • $40 late fee after 4-business-day grace period
  • Accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Cards
  • 4.5% surcharge on credit card payments
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Full refund if applicant is not accepted
  • 3-day right to cancel for full refund
  • $100 registration fee retained if canceled before start
  • Post-start refunds calculated per catalog schedule
5. Transcript & Student Services Fees
  • First transcript: Free
  • Additional transcripts: $5 each
  • Tutoring: $90–$100 per hour
  • Résumé preparation service: $400
6. Financial Responsibility Statement
  • Students must meet all payment obligations
  • Late fees may apply
  • Good financial standing required for services and graduation
